Huge thank you to MRI Software for a lovely Freedom Day Beach cleanup in Muizenburg!!
Such a beautiful clean beach and not very often that I find myself LOOKING for litter!! This is something I wish I could experience more often! BUT we still found litter! Mostly cigarettes! 7kg of litter was found and considering that 90% was micro plastics and cigarettes I consider this quite a successful cleanup!!
Thanks again to the staff and families of MRI and to the other volunteers who joined in!!
